By using Gat0B0t, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. Bot Usage

You are permitted to invite and use Gat0B0t in your Discord server for personal or community use. Abuse or misuse may result in denial of service.

3. Data Collection

Gat0B0t only stores moderation actions and XP data per user/server, and only on the host machine. No data is shared externally or tracked for analytics.

4. Availability

Gat0B0t is self-hosted and may not be online 24/7. Uptime is not guaranteed.

5. Termination

The developer reserves the right to block or terminate bot access at any time for abuse, spam, or violation of Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
